The Ecco bunk is made from really sturdy metal which is finished in a classic silver paint and has a wide step ladder which makes it easier and safer for climbing up to the top bunk. The base consists of strong, steel slats but also features a centre rail across the length of the bed underneath the slats for extra support – this is something that you dont normally see on other models. This makes the bunk extremely sturdy.
